If you're using the website app to be fully visible in all browsers, you'll want to have your content securely (also called https, or ssl) hosted -- this option is available on most companies that provide hosting. SSL means secure socket layer, and is the standard method of authenticating and ensuring content pulled from an outside source is safe and not malicious.
